This month I am studying “Baking Mastery – Fundamentals of classic techniques”
I have decided I need to learn how to bake. Pastries, cakes and desserts have always interested me. Time to get good at it.
This is a 48-month, part-time class of 8-ish hours per week that I am hoping to complete in about two years.
Update: Off to a good start. I logged 64 hours “baking, practicing and studying” in the first month. I did extra variations of a few dishes, practiced knife skills for more hours than I care to mention and have already made progress in to next month’s homework exercises.
