Dumb thoughts
If someone says something that makes everyone within earshot instantly dumber…
And if there are many people saying dumb things that make everyone within earshot instantly dumber…
And if there is a God…

Then God must be really dumb.
Explains a lot.

Update: Decided to log how many hours I actually spend each month studying and reading. And also how much I estimate the class requires based on total class room hours, though I suspect I will have to fudge that a bit if the course requires homework, et cetera. So, 18 hours this month, and I estimate the class is 52 hours long.

Slow roll-out
In a national disaster relief effort should we prioritze taking blood from fat people more than thin people?
Technically fat people have more blood to give.
Someone who weighs 300lb vs 150lb would have 150ml of extra blood sloshing around in them.
Think of it, in a national disaster we would mobilize (though slowly, and with a lot of sweating, and puffing and swearing) an army of obese individuals to rapidly contribute to the national blood supply.
I am not saying my logic isn’t flawed, but it is an interesting mental exercise.

My epiphanies are false, the feeling is not
